Mionetto Sergio Rose Spumante is a bright, peach blossom colour with slight purple reflections. Abundant, persistent and mouth filling-mousse. A delightfully fruity nose reminiscent of pink grapefruit, raspberry and blueberry, with faint hints of wild rose. This is followed by an intense, crisp, well-balanced, lovely raspberry palate, with just the right degree of complementary acidity
