The intense garnet red Bodegas FOS Reserva is an ‘Author wine’ made from selected grapes (85% Tempranillo and 15% Graciano) gathered from 60 to 65 year old vines. After vinification, it is aged in French and American oak barrels for twenty months and another fourteen months in bottle.

The first hint of its high class origins, is when you encounter the very expressive and complex nose, that combines balsamic notes with a clear layer of caramel and chocolate. Then the sumptuous palate: at once complex, elegant, creamy and velvety, with a long full-bodied and pleasant aftertaste, with just the right amount of sweet fruit. FOS Rioja Reserva wine will continue to benefit from ageing for up to 15 years.

This exceptional Rioja is sold at some of the finest hotels and restaurants across Europe. Very low in sulphites.
