This very scarce Vinegar is carefully crafted in seasoned oak barrels during a process which lasts over 10 years. The Rizzardi house has maintained an old tradition of making this rare product using a mother vinegar over 100 years old. Annual production amounts to only 3,000 half litre bottles. This is a mild vinegar but with a distinctive flavour of nuts and spices. Add a few drops of this precious seasoning to your chosen dishes.
