Casillero del Diablo Viognier has scents of ripe apricot and peach. A very expressive full-flavoured and rounded mid-weight wine, showing flavours of ripe apricot, crunchy apples, peach and papaya. A small percentage of the juice is fermented and aged for a short time in French oak barrels which gives a delicate touch of vanilla on the long and creamy finish
