Grapes for Drostdy Hof Chenin Blanc were sourced from well-established, premier vineyards in Porterville, Robertson and Worcester. Hand-harvested they received no skin contact and no 'malolactic' fermentation. Shows an abundance of guava and citrus fruit aromas supported by fresh, delicious fruit flavours on the medium-bodied palate.
