The Tempus Two Vine Vale vineyard in South Australia’s renown Barossa Valley consists solely of old vines, dry-grown on a friable sandy loam. The end result – low cropping levels of intensely flavoured fruit to proudly carry the Shiraz tradition through to the next generation. There’s strong vanillin and mocha chocolate from the American oak which neatly cups the intense Ribena and blackberry fruit aromatics. Luscious and smooth and the perfect conversationalist over hoisin marinated ribs and roast duck, venison, as well as the more traditional roast beef. This wine will drink well into 2020
Tempus Two Vine Vale Shiraz is a premium 14.5% ABV Shiraz of excellent quality. It is beautifully presented in a torpedo shaped bottle with a pewter colour label. Made by renowned winemaker Scott Comyns at Lisa Mc Guigan's world famous vineyard.
